Since Halloween is on a Sunday this year, the two wards that meet in our chapel organized Saturday night festivities in the chapel parking lot instead. The girls had a good time and loved getting lots of candy, but the bitter cold of an Alaskan Halloween (although, this one was pleasanter than usual) forced us home as soon as we'd hit all the available candy-distributing trunks.
Our friend Warren Waters dressed up as Hagrid for Halloween. Here, he and Tyler showcase their costumes. Tyler decided to call himself a Rightwing extremist. :) Warren, by the way, is normally quite a bit shorter than Tyler. He built himself wooden platform boots and also made the metal lantern he's carrying.
