Today is Crazy Hair Day at Maia's school. This hairdo was all her idea. She wanted 4 pink ponytails and she told me exactly where to put them on her head.
Also, yesterday we had our parent/teacher conference with one of Maia's teachers (she has 2 because half of her day is all in Japanese, the other half in English). In a word, Maia is AMAZING. She is reading at a 3rd grade level and exceeding her grade level in almost every other area. We're so proud of the fact that she tries so hard and is a hard worker. She is a bright ray of sunshine and we love her so very much!
